HR Administrator ( German & English )

Contract Role – 6 to 9 Months

Zurich – Switzerland

On behalf of our client, a well-known Financial Company in Switzerland, we are looking for a HR Administrator, for a contract role based in Zurich – Switzerland.

Role:

  • Handling of the entire personnel administration (entries, exits, changes, contracts, certificates, AHV, BVG, FAK, EO, FAR, Parifonds, absences, etc.)
  • Cooperation with the HR business and talent acquisition partners as well as with the HR Payroll team to ensure a flawless employee life cycle
  • Creation and processing of employment contracts (including contract adjustments), job references and various employee correspondence
  • Data maintenance in the HR personnel system (SuccessFactors)
  • Obtaining work and residence permits
  • Processing of A1, EO, accident and illness reports
  • Correspondence with various authorities
  • First level support for HR systems
  • Supervision of time recording

What to bring with you

  • Commercial background as well as further training to become a personnel administrator
  • 4-6 y in HR Administration, Personalfachfrau / -mann Certification
  • MS Office / SAP HCM / Success Factors
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Goal-oriented, flexible and reliable personality with drive and a hands-on mentality
  • Independent, exact and efficient way of working
